How To Make String Balloon Lanterns

What you'll need:
-Yarn/strinng in what ever colour you want
-Scissors
-Liquid glue
- 170g corn starch
-55ml of warm water
-Something to stir with
-Fairy lights
-A plastic tub
-Rubber gloves

Method:
-Blow up the ballon to the desired size.
-After the balloon is inflated draw a circle near the knot to the make sure theres a hole for the light to go into.
- Mix corn starch, glue and warm water together.
-Feed the yarn through the glue mix and the drape over the balloon.
- Begin wrapping the yarn around the balloon vertically, and gradually switch to wrapping horizontally.
-Once you've achieved the look you desire you can tuck the end of your yarn under another peiece.
-Allow the balloons to dry for 24 hours
-After the Balloons have dried, pop the balloon. Use a chop stick or a pencil to knock out any glue crystals that could have formed between the strings.
